MLK Day parade goes down every year in Leimert Park. Starting at Normandie and King and ending at the Village, Vernon and Crenshaw. More then 70,000 are expected to line the route. County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas is the grand marshal. In addition to dozens of the best high school bands in the regions, the LAUSD all city band made a rare appearence.
